We are situated in a quiet area of Southbourne, A few minutes walk brings guests to our local shopping area with many cafes, resturants, eateries and small supermarkets.
There is also a very frequent bus service to Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole.
The cliff top with its panoramic views of Bournemouth Bay is a short stroll from Shoreline. Here zigzag paths lead to the the promanade and sandy beaches.
Dogs: We welcome well behaved dogs. Please bring your own bedding. Dog friendly beaches are nearby. ALL PRICES ARE ROOM ONLY
Twin / Double rooms on the ground floor and first floor have ensuite showers and toilets. All of the other rooms share facilities.
Breakfast: A light continental breakfast may be available at an extra charge at 9am for guests staying 5 nights or more. Please contact us for further details as this will need to be booked in advance.
